The choir after our mammoth sing - the Brahms Requiem - where we sang beneath the organ loft, giving a much better experience for the audience. We were conducted by Oli Tarney, supported by a small chamber choir and accompanied by Malcolm Archer and Nick Salway on the wonderful Broadwood piano.

This is how Oli encourages us to make the best music we know how. It's just a shame that the audience never get to see how much hard work goes into conducting a choir plus orchestra!

April, 2016

Some francofiles in the choir enjoyed a singing trip to Sourdeval in Normandy, which is twinned with Odiham. We did a lot of eating and drinking, made new friends and performed the Faure Requiem in the church. This is us outside the church with Oli sporting his lucky chihuahua, a source of much hilarity during the week-end.
